This privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use Subsection.
Personal information we collect
When you register in Subsection, we collect your Email address, which is used for you to log in and use Subsection. You can also enter your First and Last name to update your profile, which is not mandatory.
We do not use your personal information in any other way or form and do not share it with a third party.
Emails we send to you
There are two types of Emails that you will receive from us: The periodical Newsletter from which you can unsubscribe at any time, and the Account specific Emails which contain important information about your account and cannot be unsubscribed from.
Third party apps
We use LogRocket to understand better how our customers are using Subsection, and we use these findings to improve the app.
Payments
Paying for a subscription in Subsection is accomplished via Stripe, which processes all our credit card transactions. We do not collect any data about your credit card during this process.
Account Deletion
You can choose, at any time, to completely and permanently delete your account, during which, with your consent, no traces of your data will remain on our servers.
The deletion process is a two-step process to protect you from accidentally deleting your account, as the process is irreversible.
Changes
We may update these rules from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
